Clay Culpepper – President/Owner , ISA Certified Arborist - FL5924A

Clay has lived in Tallahassee since he was five years old.  He holds a bachelors degree in accounting from the University of Alabama and a masters of tax accounting from Florida State University.  His professional experience encompasses years as an accountant for Lanigan & Associates, CPA’s as well as the CFO for Allstate Construction.  His primary responsibilities at Gibbs & Culpepper include selling, marketing, consulting, and management. 

Harry Hart – Sales Manager, ISA Certified Arborist-FL0635

Harry has been in sales for over 30 years and has been with Gibbs & Culpepper Tree Service for over 10 years.  He has a vast knowledge of the tree care industry and is  very well known in the Tallahassee area.  He meets with clients daily to discover their needs and takes care of scheduling and sales.

Dale Burris – Tree Service Operations Manager, ISA Certified Arborist-FL0736A

Dale has lived in Tallahassee since 1977.  He is an experienced tree climber and is well-known as one of the best in the Tallahassee area.  His technical knowledge and experience as an arborist, mitigation specialist, and tree climber are second to none.  His primary responsibilities include crew management and estimating. 

Jason Garcia – Land Clearing Project Manager

Jason has over 20 years of experience in sitework, land clearing, GIS mapping, erosion control, pipe work and surveying.  He is responsible for estimating and project management. 

Jackie Hand - Receptionist

Jackie has worked with Gibbs & Culpepper Tree Service for over five years.  Her husband owned a Tallahassee tree care business for more than 20 years and is now a local arborist consultant and professor.  Her primary responsibilities involve general office duties. 

Tricia Brown – Office Manager

Tricia has been with Gibbs & Culpepper Tree Service since February 2008.   She has many years experience in office management and customer service.  Her primary responsibilities involve general accounting and office management. 

Jessica Hand - Receptionist

Jessica has been with our Company since December of 2007.  Her experience in arboriculture runs deep as her family owned a Tallahassee tree service for 20 years.  She has a wealth of general office experience and customer service relations.  She is responsible for general office duties including preparing proposals and handling calls.
