Welcome to Gibbs & Culpepper Tree Service! We are Tallahassee, Florida’s Premier full service tree care company. We also have an excavating and land clearing division as well. Our company has been serving the Tallahassee area for over 13 years now. We are fully insured with both general liability and worker’s compensation insurance. We have 3 certified arborists on staff and can offer a full range of services from complete tree care and tree mitigation, to land clearing, site demolition, site contracting, and mowing/mulching with Positrac hydro mowers.

Gibbs & Culpepper Tree Service (formerly Gibbs Tree Service) was established in 1995 as a small family owned business dedicated to tree care and aesthetics, as well as public safety. As certified Arborists, we are knowledgeable about the needs of healthy, attractive trees and are trained and equipped to provide proper care. We are not a “fly by night” operation that will promise great service to get your business and then not follow through and leave your yard looking like a tornado hit it. We are a well established, professional company with three International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certified Arborists, as well as ISA-trained tree climbing Specialists. Our Land Clearing division has excavators, dozers, front end loaders, and three hydro Posi-Trac mowers to fulfill any of your land clearing needs. We can do anything from clearing lots for home builders and commercial contractors, to mulching/mowing hunting land for land owners.
